Review: Mango Coconut Sticky Sour

Brewery: Untitled Art & Drekker Brewing Co.

Style: Berliner Style Weisse

ABV: 6%

"Berliner style weiss ale brewed with mango, coconut, cinnamon, brown sugar and milk sugar."

WOW! That sums up how I feel after drinking this one. Untitled Art is ridiculously skilled at making sweet beers and this may have been their best performance yet.

When you pour this one it looks like dark mango juice. There is a thin head that dissipates rapidly. The most notable aromas are of coconut and mango with a faint smell of cinnamon.

As far as the taste goes, this one is a flavor overload. It's on the sweeter end of the spectrum for a sour but we're okay with that. Heavy tastes of mango with a lesser taste of coconut, the brown sugar adds a sticky depth that keeps it true to its name, and like the smell you get a very faint taste of cinnamon--just enough that you know it's there.

This is truly delicious beer that is sure to please most beer lovers that don't mind a sweet beer. We surely don't mind them! If you see this one on the shelf make sure you grab it. You will not be dissapointed.
